The first ever 16 Carat Gold tournament opened in front of a small crowd with Havana Pitbull, Rocky Romero being paired off with Netherlands upstart Tengkwa. Both wrestlers incorporate a very similar and mat-based style, but while Rocky focuses on hard kicks as an addition, Tengkwa prefers the flashy cradles.
